At Fizz Experience we respect the privacy of our clients and visitors to our website and comply with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. This policy explains how and why we collect personal information about clients and visitors to our website, how we use it and what controls you have.

We are Fizz Experience Limited (also t/a Warehouse Demo Services & Fizz Training Academy) and we supply experiential marketing/brand experience and training services to our clients. We are a registered company (no. 2031289) and our VAT registration number is GB 413 9978 19. Our registered office address is: The Atrium, Curtis Road, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1XA, United Kingdom. We are registered to as a ‘data controller’ within the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

2. LEGITIMATE INTERESTS

We collect information about you when you register with us, place an order for services, subscribe to email newsletters or request marketing information (such as white papers, research documents and commentary articles). We will also collect information when you complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information (including but not limited to browser type, IP address, geographical location, length of visit, page views and referral source) is also collected using cookies.

4. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

We collect your name and email address, business name and contact details and business type (such as industry sector).

5. HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

Your personal information is used to allow us to provide you with company updates and other business related content such as; best practice guides, case study material, industry trends, research findings and other content that we believe to be of interest and benefit to you and your business activity. We will normally provide this electronically using your email contact details. We will also use this information to notify you of changes to our services and seek your views and comments on the services we provide.

We use your information collected from our website to personalise your repeat visits to our website.

6. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not sell, rent or give your information to third parties outside of Fizz Experience Limited.

We would like to send you information about our services and other communications that we believe would be of interest to you using our legitimate interests. All our email communications also include an ‘unsubscribe’ facility to quickly and easily allow you to opt-out of marketing communications.
