The first rule of any successful sales person is, “Know your product” and that’s precisely why Fizz place great emphasis on product training for each and every one of our presenters.

We ask the client the kind of questions we know the customers will ask. “What is it?” “What does it do?” “Why is it different?” “Why should I want one?”

We ensure our presenters gain an in-depth knowledge of every product and work with our clients to ensure that this happens. We go to great lengths to make sure that everyone who works for Fizz clearly understands their role and their importance as a brand ambassador.

Once the technical aspects of the product are understood we then weave a compelling narrative and create an inspiring event to best demonstrate the product.
