Costco Wholesale – Reykjavik warehouse opening and ongoing managed in-store sampling programme.

“Your long-term treasured client wants you to support a new wholesale depot and equip it with a sampling service? Not a problem. The new depot is in Reykjavik, where sampling doesn’t exist to the point where there’s no word for demonstrator in Icelandic? Now that’s a challenge. Completing a project of this scale in a new country touches every part of the organisation. It requires flexibility to challenge everything the business does to ensure it translates to a new culture for the ultimate success.”
